Kathrin from fashion4fans looks after the merch shop of Atlantic Popes and is your contact and contractual partner in all shop matters. If you cannot find the answers to your questions in the following FAQs, please contact Kathrin 🙂

Unfortunately no, we only accept orders via the shop.

You cannot view the status of your order. However, you will be informed by e-mail that your order has been received and as soon as it has been dispatched.

Unfortunately, we cannot change your order after it has been received in our system. Please contact our service department so that we can cancel your order and you can place a new one. To do this, please use the e-mail: info@fashion4fans.com
We can cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped by us. To do so, please contact our service department in good time, preferably immediately after placing your order: info@fashion4fans.com

In general you can choose between the following payment methods:
Paypal
Prepayment/direct bank transfer
Credit card (American Express, Visa, Mastercard)

When paying by credit card, the name of the cardholder need not be the same as the name of the person placing the order.

The postage costs to be paid are a flat-rate shipping fee that is defined depending on the size of the package and regardless of the value of the goods ordered. This is composed of the shipping costs, the packaging material and the working time. The shipping costs are always shown in your order.

If you have not received your package in perfect condition, we will complain to our shipping service provider and you will receive a replacement from us if your complaint proves to be credible. This process can take up to twenty days to complete.

Mistakes can unfortunately always happen where people work…If this is the case with your order, please send an e-mail to info@fashion4fans.com and we will send you a return label so that you can return the goods to us.

If you do not receive your order within our mentioned delivery terms per country please contact us at info@fashion4fans.com

We will then initiate an investigation with our shipping service provider.

If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate this on the return slip. After receipt of the goods we will send you the replacement article.

You bear the costs of return, we bear the costs of reshipment.
