Return of items
Here you will find all the information you need to send parts or all of your order back to us:

We do not exchange goods that have already been washed and worn!)

You bear the costs for the return shipment. We do not accept freight collect packages. We pay the shipping for a desired exchange item.
If you want a reimbursement, this will be made to the bank account you specified, with the exception of PayPal payments, these will be refunded directly to the PayPal account.
It can take up to 14 days to process the return, but it is usually much faster.
